This is a founder’s round, by private invitation only, for the first‑ever Think Like a CEO 365 Studio Growth Intensive.

If you’re seeing this page, it’s because you’re on my short list of studios doing real numbers who I’d personally love to have in the room.

Two focused days in Hammond, Indiana for boudoir & portrait studios doing $30k+ months to build a clear, simple plan to grow toward $500k–$3M+ a year.

Seats are capped at about 25 studios, and clients get first access before we open any remaining spots to the wider industry.

F.A.Q

Where will the event take place:

Think Like a CEO 365 will be hosted at Karina’s newly remodeled studio property in Hammond, Indiana. It’s a dedicated space designed for studio work and events, in the same fast‑growing area that’s becoming the new home of the Chicago Bears. You’ll literally be sitting inside one of the investments and business results we’ll be talking about.

What are the dates and daily schedule?ule?

The event is at the end of May 21st & 22nd 2026.

We’ll run 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days, with breaks.

A detailed agenda will be sent closer to the event once all sessions and speakers are finalized.

Which airport should I fly into?

You can fly into either Chicago O’Hare (ORD) or Chicago Midway (MDW).

O’Hare is larger with more flight options.

Midway is often the better choice because it typically puts you closer to Hammond and can make the trip to the studio easier.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying near the Hammond restaurants you’ll probably end up at anyway (Buffalo Wild Wings, Cracker Barrel, and Byway Brewing).

Two solid nearby options:

- Residence Inn Chicago Southeast / Hammond, IN

Address: 7740 Corinne Drive, Hammond, IN 46323

Extended‑stay style suites with kitchens

A very short drive to Cracker Barrel, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Byway Brewing ( A Local Favorite)

-Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Southeast / Hammond, IN

Address: 7730 Corinne Drive, Hammond, IN 46323

Standard hotel rooms, modern lobby, on‑site Bistro

Also right by Cracker Barrel, Buffalo Wild Wings, and close to Byway Brewing

Both are just off I‑80/94 & Kennedy Avenue and put you within a few minutes of food, drinks, and the studio.

Will food and coffee be provided?

Yes.

Coffee truck on site: A coffee truck will be at the event each day with a custom drink menu through lunch. (Matcha, Chai Latte's too because options)

Hot catered lunch both days: We’ll provide a hot catered lunch on both days so you can stay focused on the work instead of leaving to find food.

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies after you register so we can plan appropriately.

Who is this event for again?

Boudoir and portrait studio owners who:

Are doing $20k+ months

Want a clear, simple plan to grow toward $500k–$3M+ a year

Care about quality, client experience, and real business decisions (not just pretty pictures)

I’m already your client. Is this still for me?

Yes. This event is about how you run your studio as a business: what to focus on next, how to look at your numbers, who to hire, and how to make your money work for you. It’s not just a walkthrough of campaigns we already run for you.

I’m not your client. Can I still come?

Yes, as long as you meet the revenue criteria and are serious about growing your studio. The application helps us make sure the room is full of owners at a similar level.

Will the event be recorded?

This is designed as an in‑person intensive. If we decide to record it, replay access will be a paid add‑on for attendees only.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non‑refundable.

If you can’t attend, you may transfer your seat to another qualified studio owner by May 1st. Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll help with the handoff.
